First of all, we would like to thank you for your interest in SubTV products.

This page explains our refund policy, as outlined below.

Once an IPTV subscription has been activated, no refunds or changes are possible. At SubTVOnline, our responsibility is limited to activating the IPTV subscription for the agreed period purchased by the customer.

After activation, we will send you a screenshot from our system panel directly to your email. This screenshot serves as proof that your subscription has been successfully activated for the selected duration.

All IPTV subscriptions and reseller panels are activated and delivered within 24 hours after the order is placed.

Please make sure to specify the device type you intend to use with your IPTV subscription when placing your order.
If no device information is provided in the order notes, we will activate and deliver the subscription using the default M3U playlist. Once delivered, it will not be possible to change the playlist format to another type later.

Please note that SubTVOnline has no control over the content provided by IPTV channels, as channel availability and programming are managed by third-party broadcasters.
